These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, web hosting, domain registration, software development, networking, and digital IT services. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

1. Corporate Ownership & Commercial Billing

Bartaman ICT is a specialised digital service brand owned, managed, and operated under Global Market BD. All commercial agreements, invoicing, financial processing, and payment collections are legally handled under the legal entity of Global Market BD. By purchasing services through Bartaman ICT, you acknowledge that your commercial transactions and billing receipts may reflect Global Market BD as the official merchant.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate, current, and verifiable information during registration.

  • You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and WHMCS client portal access.

  • You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised access or security breach regarding your account.

3. Services & Acceptable Use

  • Hosting & Infrastructure: We provide BDIX, Shared, Reseller, and VPS hosting. Users must not host illegal, copyrighted, phishing, malware, or spam-generating content. Any abuse may result in immediate suspension without refund.

  • Development & Solutions: Custom software, web development, and networking projects are delivered based on mutually agreed scope documents and milestones.

  • Scope Restriction: Bartaman ICT provides factory/corporate LAN/WAN solutions and does not operate as an ISP or retail broadband provider.

4. Payments, Fees & Invoicing

  • All invoices are due upon receipt unless specified otherwise. Services may be auto-suspended if renewal fees are not cleared before the expiration date.

  • Payments are processed via approved gateways including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, bKash, Nagad, and direct bank wire transfers under Global Market BD.

  • You agree not to file fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank without first attempting resolution through our billing support.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Hosting Services: Eligible shared/cloud hosting services may qualify for a 7-day money-back guarantee, excluding setup fees or third-party add-ons.

  • Non-Refundable Services: Domain registrations, renewals, dedicated servers, VPS instances, SSL certificates, bulk SMS packages, and completed custom development work are strictly non-refundable.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All platform designs, code architectures, custom tools, graphics, and branding on bartamanict.com are the exclusive intellectual property of Bartaman ICT / Global Market BD. Custom source code delivered to clients is licensed or transferred in accordance with specific project contracts upon full payment.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

  • Bartaman ICT and Global Market BD shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from hardware downtime, network carrier disruptions, or data loss. We strongly advise clients to keep independent offline backups.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service and access to our client portal immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms, breach fair use policies, or engage in suspicious or fraudulent activities.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
